Model 2 features the same premium 3mm thick 430 stainless steel used in our original grill, delivering the same strength, heat resistance, durability, and long-term performance.

Through a smarter structural design, we have removed unnecessary weight while retaining the heavy-duty construction that makes this grill exceptionally strong.

Designed to Solve a Real BBQ Problem

One of the biggest frustrations during BBQ is watching your skewers rotate because the weight of the kebab is uneven.

The meat shifts, the skewer rolls, and suddenly the side you wanted facing the heat is facing the sky.

The result?

Uneven cooking, inconsistent browning, and kebabs that don't cook the way you intended.

Food Fusion's proprietary skewer-locking design was created to solve exactly that problem.

Each skewer can be positioned and locked into the orientation you want — flat, upright, at a 45° angle, 135°, or anywhere in between.

Once positioned, the skewer stays where you put it.

No unwanted rolling. No constantly turning skewers. More control over your cooking.

The grill can hold up to 12 skewers at once and is fully compatible with Food Fusion BBQ Skewers.

Model G2 — Engineered to Be Lighter

When designing Model 2, our objective wasn't simply to make the grill lighter.

It was to make it lighter without sacrificing the characteristics that made the original grill special.

That's why Model G2 continues to use:

The material hasn't been downgraded.

The strength hasn't been sacrificed.

Instead, we redesigned the structure to eliminate unnecessary material and reduce overall weight.

Being Food Fusion, we refused to cut corners.

The grill is manufactured from 3mm thick 430 stainless steel, selected for its strength, durability, heat resistance, and suitability for high-temperature cooking.

This is not a thin sheet-metal disposable BBQ.

Why We Chose 430 Stainless Steel

We believe in being transparent about the materials we use.

Food Fusion BBQ Grill Model 2 is made from 3mm thick 430 stainless steel, a stainless steel grade widely used in cookware, kitchen equipment, appliances, and outdoor cooking products.

Is 430 stainless steel magnetic?

Yes.

And that's perfectly normal.

A common misconception is that "real" stainless steel should not attract a magnet. In reality, different grades of stainless steel have different magnetic properties.

Magnetism alone is not an indicator of food safety, quality, strength, or durability.

Why stainless steel?

Compared with ordinary iron or mild steel, stainless steel provides significantly better resistance to corrosion and rust, making it a better choice for equipment exposed to heat, moisture, smoke, and outdoor conditions.

For a BBQ grill, we believe the important considerations are:

430 stainless steel performs exceptionally well in these areas.

Why 3mm thickness?

Because we don't believe in making products unnecessarily thin simply to reduce cost.

Read Before First Use

This grill is built using heavy-duty stainless steel selected for high-heat cooking performance, durability, and long-term outdoor use.

Please read the following care instructions before using your grill.

1. Natural Color Change

With regular use and exposure to high temperatures, stainless steel will naturally change color and may darken over time.

The surface may develop a darker, more seasoned appearance as the grill is repeatedly heated.

This is completely normal and does not affect the performance or strength of the grill.

2. Surface Marks & Scratches

Due to the heavy-gauge construction and the manufacturing, assembly, handling, and shipping process, minor surface scratches or marks may be visible.

These are cosmetic only and do not affect the performance, strength, or lifespan of the grill.

3. Avoid Thermal Shock

Do not pour cold water onto a hot grill or expose the grill to sudden extreme temperature changes.

Rapid cooling of hot metal can cause thermal stress and may result in slight warping or deformation.

Allow the grill to cool naturally before cleaning or storing.

4. Seasoning Your Grill

For best cooking performance, lightly coat the cooking surface with cooking oil before use and heat the grill thoroughly.

This helps develop a seasoned cooking surface over time and can improve food release and cooking performance.

5. Steak / Burger Attachment Care

Before first use, apply a light coat of cooking oil to the steak/burger attachment while it is cold.

Heat the attachment thoroughly to season the surface.

With regular use, the surface will gradually develop its own seasoned character.

6. Built for Real BBQ

This is a heavy-duty BBQ grill designed for high-temperature cooking and outdoor use.

With regular use, your grill will naturally develop marks, color changes, and a seasoned appearance.

These are part of the character of a grill that is actually being used.
